Cash Price Labs does not operate laboratories. All laboratory testing is performed by independent, CLIA-certified partner laboratories. We act as an intermediary connecting you with laboratory testing services and physician authorization.
Cash Price Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The physician authorization of your lab order does not constitute a comprehensive medical evaluation and does not establish an ongoing doctor-patient relationship.
All lab test orders placed through our platform are reviewed and authorized by a licensed physician as required by applicable state and federal regulations. This review is limited in scope to authorizing the laboratory tests you have selected and does not include:
You acknowledge and agree that lab test results provided through our platform are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider for the interpretation of your results, medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment.

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and represent the total cash price for the test, including physician authorization. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for.
We offer volume discounts on orders containing multiple tests: 10% off for 2+ tests, 15% off for 5+ tests, and 20% off for 10+ tests. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
After payment is processed and your order is reviewed by our physician, you will receive a confirmation email containing your lab requisition form. This requisition is valid for a limited period (typically 30 days from the date of issue).

If you have not yet visited a draw center and your specimen has not been collected, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refunds for unused requisitions are processed within 5–10 business days.
Once your specimen has been collected at a draw center, refunds are generally not available, as laboratory processing begins immediately upon receipt of your sample. Exceptions may be made in cases of:

All content on the Cash Price Labs website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Cash Price Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of our Services.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that laboratory testing carries inherent risks and limitations, and that Cash Price Labs is not responsible for the accuracy of results produced by our partner laboratories, medical decisions made based on test results, or health outcomes resulting from any action or inaction related to your test results.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through our Services, including laboratory test results generated by our partner laboratories.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cash Price Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment for completed orders.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through our website or via email.
Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of our Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
